A fixed monthly cost
Pay a set amount each month over an agreed term instead of one large purchase. Usually the first payment is made in advance.
Refresh rather than replace
Move to newer equipment at the end of the term, so devices do not drift past their supported life.
The lifecycle handled for you
Telappliant supplies and sets up the equipment, and collection with data-secure disposal is arranged at the end.
Cash and credit kept free
Avoid tying up cash or existing borrowing in equipment that loses value, leaving room for other priorities.
A more sustainable cycle
- 1New: Equipment is supplied, configured and supported for the term.
- 2Refurbished: Returned equipment is professionally wiped and refurbished for a second life.
- 3Recycled: Equipment at the end of its useful life is recycled responsibly.
Your choices at the end of the term
- Return: Hand the equipment back. Condition and damage charges, if any, are set out in the agreement.
- Extend: Keep using the equipment for a further agreed period, typically at a reduced payment.
- Refresh: Return the equipment and start a new term on current models.
If no choice is made, many agreements continue on a rolling basis at the same monthly payment, which is usually the most expensive option. Plan your end-of-term choice ahead.
