Fibre Services
For reliable everyday working – calls, cloud apps and remote access – fibre is often the best value upgrade. You can choose FTTC (VDSL) or FTTP, with download speeds up to 1000Mbps. No traditional phone line is required; telephony can run over VoIP (see our SOGEA blog or Openreach guidance).
For business-critical sites that need consistent performance under load, an Ethernet leased line gives you a dedicated, non-contended connection with symmetrical upload and download speeds up to 10Gbps. It comes with a business SLA and, because the connection is dedicated to you, can offer improved security and privacy compared with shared connectivity.
Keep staff connected wherever they work. This centrally managed network intelligently routes traffic across MPLS, broadband and wireless to improve reliability, performance and visibility across sites and remote users.
Stay online when your primary connection drops. A managed 4G/5G backup keeps payments, cloud apps and voice running during outages, with multi-network options, static IP-ready setup and proactive monitoring. Delivered as a courier kit or engineer install.
