Remote-only support is suited to businesses with basic IT management already in place. On-demand support is designed for organisations with internal IT that need backup, escalation or additional capacity. Fully Managed IT Support is for organisations that want Telappliant to provide a complete IT support function.
On-site support is available across the support plans, but it is included as standard with Fully Managed IT Support. For other plans, on-site support may be available on a time and materials basis depending on requirements.
