Requirements

What is required to enable Voice for Microsoft® Teams?

To use our service, you will require a Microsoft feature called Teams Direct Routing, which is available with the Phone System Licence. This enables the Dial Pad feature and allows calls to be made via the Teams app. This license is sold as an add-on but is included in the Office 365 E5 plan as standard. Microsoft may alter plans from time to time so please check their web site for further updates.

At time of publication the Common Area Phone license can also be used and is also available for free trial in the Microsoft portal
