Premium is for businesses where the phone system has to work with everything else. It connects to your CRM, puts calling inside Microsoft Teams and turns conversations into records your team can search.
Teams Direct Routing lets users dial from Teams using your own numbers and call plans, which is usually cheaper than Microsoft calling plans and keeps the routing, recording and reporting on our platform where you can control it.
CRM integration covers more than 300 applications, including Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and most vertical systems. Inbound calls open the matching record, outbound calls start with a click, and call activity writes back automatically. The connector for your chosen application is a separate add-on at £6.95 per user per month, licensed only for the users who need it.
AI features transcribe calls, produce a written summary and highlight sentiment and follow-up actions. Managers get an accurate picture of what was said without listening to whole recordings, and CRM notes stop being an afterthought.
Premium suits roughly ten to two hundred and fifty users, and it is the edition most often chosen where sales, service and operations all sit on the same platform.
