VoIPOffice Starter

Starter is the entry point to VoIPOffice. It suits businesses of roughly one to ten people who want a proper phone system rather than a mobile number on a website, without paying for contact centre features they will never open.

Every user gets a desktop app, a mobile app and the option of a desk phone. Calls ring wherever the user is signed in, so a small team can cover the phones from an office, a van or a kitchen table without anyone noticing the difference.

The build includes an auto-attendant, hunt groups, business-hours routing and voicemail to email. That is usually enough to make a five-person business sound like a much larger one, and it stops calls falling into a personal voicemail nobody checks.

Numbers are included. We port your existing geographic number or provide a new one in the dialling code you want, and calls to UK landlines and mobiles are covered by the standard call plan.

When the business grows, moving to Plus or Premium is a licence change rather than a migration. Numbers, call flows and user accounts stay exactly where they are.
