What contract lengths are available?
Business internet services are available in 12, 24 and 36-month contract lengths, with discounts being applied depending on the length you choose.
What are the lead times for services?
- DSL can be installed in 5 working days.
- FTTC can be installed in 5 working days.
- EoFTTC and EFM have a 15-40 day installation estimate.
- Leased lines have a 30-60 day installation estimate.
What support options are there?
DSL and FTTC come with business phone support 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday.
Ethernet services come with enhanced 24/7 business phone support.
Do you have an SLA?
Ethernet services have a Service Level Agreement as set by the industry
- EoFTTC: 8 hours
- EFM: 7 hours
- Leased lines: 5 hours
