Cloud projects go wrong for predictable reasons: an application nobody documented, a licence that does not transfer, a dependency discovered during cutover weekend. The assessment stage exists to find those before they cost you a Monday morning.
We start with what you run today. Servers, applications, licences, integrations, data volumes and the people who depend on them. From that we produce a plain recommendation per workload: move to cloud, move to hosted hardware, keep on site for now, or retire.
Migration follows in sequenced waves rather than one dramatic weekend. Low-risk workloads move first to prove the pattern, dependencies move together, and there is a rollback path for each wave until you sign it off.
Once you are running, cloud becomes an operations job. Monitoring, patching, backup verification, cost reporting, capacity planning and security control reviews are handled by our UK service desk, alongside your IT support, connectivity and communications.
Cost is treated as an ongoing discipline, not a one-off business case. Unused resources, oversized instances and forgotten test environments get flagged and reclaimed rather than billed indefinitely.
