Please note that you may not be able to dial 056 or 0845 numbers from outside the UK. 0303 numbers are reserved for government and ‘non-profit’ organisations. 0345 numbers are reserved for the migration of 0845 numbers. Where applicable, revenue share payments will be credited as call credit to the customer account (providing the customer is on a business/silver tariff). The minimum outpayment for inbound calls is 0.1p. The minimum outbound connection charge is 1p.
Due to new legislation, 084/087 numbers can no longer be used to provide customer service or complaint lines.
International Numbers

Freephone Numbers
Minimum contract period applies. We cannot guarantee provisioning of the same number after a subscription has become inactive either due to a payment failure or cancellation of the service. Please note that you may not be able to dial freephone numbers from outside the UK, or from payphones. You may not be able to dial International Freephone numbers from outside the country of origin or from payphones.
Memorable Numbers
A setup fee and monthly subscription fees may apply, depending on the type of number. Please do not advertise your number until payment has been processed and you have tested it after it has appeared on your account.
Premium Numbers

Fax-to-Email Numbers

Business Call Plans
If you use all of your bundled minute allocation or a destination is not in your plan, call charges will apply as per rates set in your call tariff. Call minutes within our standard plans are charged on a per-minute basis. Our call plans are provided over VoIP (Voice over IP) and require SIP-compatible hardware / software (IP phones, softphones). For multi-plans customers must select one component from each of the call plan components: Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World. Minimum contract terms apply. You cannot downgrade your plan during the contract period.
Calls using UK Landline Minutes means calls to telephone numbers starting in the UK starting with the prefixes 01, 02, 03.
Calls using UK Mobile Minutes means calls to the following UK mobile networks: EE, O2, Three, Vodafone.
There are some newer networks whose customers have telephone numbers starting with 07, but which are not treated as a UK mobile number for the purpose of inclusive allowances. That means that calls to some numbers starting with 07 aren’t treated as UK mobile calls and hence may not be included in your call plan. The numbers may include (but are not limited to) those with the following prefixes: 07404, 07405, 07417, 07424, 07466, 07609, 07610, 07621, 07682, 07408, 075202, 075594, 075894, 075895, 075896, 075897, 077077, 078228, 078920, 078921, 078931, 079112, 079118, 079788, and 0782210.

connectAssure Fibre (FTTC / FTTP)
Actual speeds are dependent on distances from the exchange and street cabinet. All services include unlimited bandwidth usage, unless specified otherwise. Additional IP addresses are available at £5 per month per block of four, up to a maximum of eight addresses. Services are subject to a minimum contract term of 12 months.
