What is required to enable Microsoft® Teams Voice Calling?
To use our service, you will require a Microsoft feature called Teams Direct Routing, which is available with the Microsoft Phone System Licence. This enables the Dial Pad feature to be available via the Teams app. This license is sold as an add-on but is included in older versions of the Office 365 E5 plan. Microsoft may alter plans from time to time so please check their web site for further updates.
You will need the following Microsoft licensing in place below. Please check with your IT provider for further information.
- Office 365 Enterprise Subscription (E1, E3 or E5)
- Microsoft Phone System add-on license
