Microsoft are now offering an add-on to Teams called Business Voice. This is a fully functional telephone system developed/designed for small to medium sized businesses. Based totally in the cloud, you can run this phone system from your multimedia PC/laptop and an app on your phone. No need for the old fashioned desk phones. Take your extension with you “anywhere.” Fantastic for homeworking. This type of telephony is the future! Excellent integration with Outlook means you have your phone address book at your fingertips e.g. click on a customer number within Outlook & it rings them in Teams. Mange all your incoming calls from within Teams e.g. transfer, divert to voicemail, etc. Properly facilitate agile working – all your staff can use the company phone system from anywhere provided they have an internet connection.
